Special Orders

You may choose to have a special order of an item of jewelry made up specifically for you from something you have seen or designed.

It is Stone ‘N’ String intention and priority to delight the customer. SNS retail philosophy is about customer service. We want you to always be happy, to want to shop with us and to tell your friends about us. The only way we can achieve this is to have flexible Exchange, Credit and Refund policies.

After Sales Services – includes the 4 R's

• Repairs at a nominal value
• Re-plating at nominal value
• Redesigning for exclusive designs
• Refund

If any customer within 48 hours returns the goods he purchased without use with all the tags and packaging intact he will get the full refund without questions being asked.

Stone ‘N’ String is more than happy to consider the exchange, credit and refund of any item that has been purchased from our stores or web site. When considering these options the following will be taken into account:

• Your total satisfaction with the product your have purchased.
• The sellable condition of the item including it’s packaging.
• Production of a Stone ‘N’ String receipt.

Please Note: There is NO exchange available on earrings under any circumstances

Shipping Policy

Local Orders : all areas including North and East provinces.

Deadline : all orders should be completed before 2.00 pm to ensure that they are shipped on the following working day. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will not be processed until the next working day.
Delivery time: 48 to 72 hours once your payment has been processed.
Business days: Monday to Saturday excluding Public, Bank and Mercantile holidays.

Delivery Services : Delivery will be done through Citypak. Currently Delivery will be done only in Sri Lanka.

Duration : delivery between 9.00 AM to 7.00 PM (Contact Citypak on 2337770-5, 4721720 Ext: 302)

While we will make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you on the next working day, in some exceptional circumstances delivery will not be possible on the promised date.
