Stone ‘N’ String was born 27 years ago as a pioneer manufacturer of fashion jewellery in Sri Lanka. Each and every item carrying the brand name was passionately crafted using precious and semi precious gem stone and presented in an attractive fashion.
It was a novelty and Sri Lanka was moved. Exquisite jade, coral, tiger-eye, hematite, blue sapphire, ruby creations in unique designs became the hot favourite.
As the brand grew in popularity, so did the variety of designs. Yet, one thing remained constant. The Stone‘N’String hallmark of quality. Offering timeless creations and setting trends in fashion, the brand Stone’N’String ventured beyond Sri Lankan shores, to markets overseas. Today Ston’N’String has an impressive global presence.

Their designs evoked beauty, glamour, fantasy and excitement. It had all the intricacy, workmanship and design of fine jewellery.
Stone ‘N’ String has gone through a remarkable transformation since the early nineties, changing from the only fashion jewellery store in Sri Lanka to a more serious trend - setting Brand.
